Something not right?  No problem. Let us know and we’ll fix it right away. Here at Olly&Owl, we make returns simple.

1) You have 30 days to return your Olly&Owl purchase from the date you received your item(s). We accept return shipping to USA from customers in the USA, Canada, and Mexico.  For customers in other countries, we will provide a return address for one of our international shipment processing centers.  Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

2) All returns must be in new condition with all tags attached and unused.
Please note, while we’d love to take back “gently used” goods, we can’t. There are plenty of places to find a good home for them, though!

3) Contact our Customer Service team about your return. In your  correspondence, please make sure to include the following:

  • First and Last Name of the Purchaser
  • Reason for Return
  • Order Number (This can be found in your original order confirmation email!)
  • Your phone number
  • What item(s) are being returned

4) Finally, please send your return to us using a trackable mailing method (such as UPS, FedEx, Australian post etc.)*. Please note that we are not responsible for goods that get lost in transit if a trackable method is not used! Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, then your return will be processed within 3-5 business days

*The following items are not eligible for a refund for hygienic reasons: Swimwear, headbands, socks, underwear.

Warranty Information

Most products are warranted for 90 days.  Olly&Owl products are rigorously tested to ensure that they meet stringent standards. Consequently, if a problem occurs with a Olly&Owl product (the "Product") and the problem is caused by manufacturing defects in material and workmanship, Olly&Owl will, in its discretion, either repair or replace the Product in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions stated herein.

This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage caused by misuse (such as transportation of unusual items, exposure to extreme temperatures, neglect, accidents, abrasion, tears, rips, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear or transport damage).  Special note regarding diaper bags, backpacks and luggage:  leaving these items in a parked car for long periods of time during hot or cold temperatures can result in damage to interior pockets, seams, etc.

Improper or incorrectly performed maintenance or repairs voids this warranty. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt. (Order confirmation email)

To make a warranty claim, contact our Customer Service team, provide pictures of the defects(s) and the information as specified in #3 above.  We will send you the return address.  Return your item to us as specified in #4 above*.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

Once your return has been received by the warehouse and it complies with our returns policy, we will send you an identical replacement if possible or refund you by your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 10 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.

* The price of return shipping is the full responsibility of the customer.
**Please note that all items purchased on sale are considered Final Sale and can not be returned or exchanged.
