What are your business hours?

Our customer service and shipping hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00 pm, mountain time, USA.

Do you ship internationally?

We sure do! We ship many products worldwide each day and have many happy customers in every corner of the globe.

How long does shipping take?  We've successfully delivered over 10,000 orders to customers around the globe.

  • USA Orders: We'll receive your order and process it within 1-2 business days after purchase.  As soon as we ship your item(s), you'll receive an email from us with tracking info.  Delivery usually takes 1-3 weeks after item ships.  
  • International orders:  Items will be processed and shipped within 2 business days of purchase. Delivery usually takes 2-3 weeks after item ships.  You'll receive an email from us as soon as it ships with tracking info.  International customers are responsible for any customs fees that may incur. 

We don't process orders on weekends and holidays.  If you order after 3:00pm on a Friday, you order may not be processed until the next regular business day.

We  DO NOT OFFER refunds while a product is in transit as it is already on the way to you. We understand this can be a long time, but it is worth the wait at the competitive prices we offer.

How much is the shipping cost?

 Where are your products from? 

  • All of our current suppliers are located in China.  We ship directly from our manufacturers to save our customers an additional shipping + packaging cost.
How can I track my order?  
  • Our team will send you an email notification as soon as your item ships + with a tracking number when it becomes available from our manufacturers.  

    What is your return policy?

    • We FIRMLY stand behind our products.  Please see refund + returns page for specific details.

    I didn't get all of my items.

    • Items will ship separately at no additional cost.  You will receive tracking information for each item after it has shipped.  

    Can I still make changes to my order after I have placed it?

    • If you need to make a change to your order, please email us at help@ollyandowl.com and we will do our best to help you. If your order has not been shipped yet, it should not be a problem to make changes. If your order has been shipped, you may return or exchange any items you do not wish to keep after you receive them.

    Can I pay in my own currency?

    • All of our prices on our website will checkout in USD (US Dollars). If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issues processes the transaction.  You can shop with your countries currency with the converter located on the top of the website homepage.

    How secure is my personal information?
